Processing Time

All orders are presale. You will receive email updates on product creation and processing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact us within 5 days at hello@holidaybush.com with your order number and issue.
